Our mission is to ensure that everyone and anyone has access to the help and support that they may need. We also recognise that the struggles we face are individual and very diverse. There is a range of support and services that exist both in the community and within your organisation. Knowing where to signpost people to is part of the I Am Here journey. We will continually update this resource to ensure that I Am Here Ambassadors have the most up-to-date information.
Also, remember that this resource is there for anyone who needs help without intervention and wants to reach out. If you are feeling at risk or need immediate help, please do pick up the phone; there is someone there waiting for you.
Fáilte Ireland’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Fáilte Ireland’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is provided by Health Assured and is a confidential service that provides support and guidance with any personal or professional problems that may affect your overall health and wellbeing. It provides support to you and your immediate family members, covering counselling and online cognitive behavioural therapy.

Wellbeing Portal and App:
The EAP wellbeing portal and app, Wisdom, provides you with access to hours of wellbeing content. It also provides access to wellbeing tools, wellbeing resources, articles, podcasts, and videos. Track your steps, sleep and exercise activity, find recipes, find fitness plans to suit your needs, and complete courses in stress management, sleeping better, dealing with anxiety and more!
